Requirements:-

  • Plan, organize, monitor, execute and manage the company’s project inclusive of overseeing the co-ordination, budgeting, scheduling, quality control and progress of the projects.
  • To ensure overall project team resources , internal support staff and external resources work together in performing the project activities.
  • Self starter, possess effective interpersonal skill.
  • Ability to manage projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Able to handle responsibilities and work under pressure.
  • Possess at least a Degree or a Bachelor Degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering or other engineering discipline or equivalent.
  • At least 8 – 10 year(s) of working experience in Ship Repair and Shipbuilding activities.

Requirements:-

  • Ability to manage & control the project throughout all phases and to prepare project reports for management.
  • Ensures establishment of the project plan including detailed production schedules and budgets to ensure a smooth implementation during each phase of the plan.
  • Conducts project team meetings to develop the project management plan and accurately determine the project status.
  • Possess at least a Diploma or a Bachelor Degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering or other engineering discipline or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years working experience in shipbuilding and repair industry.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills (in English, Mandarin & Malay).
  • Able to plan, monitor and coordinate ship repair and shipbuilding activities.
